Adrenaline GTS 1 hit the market in 1999, marking Brooks’ first big move into the fast-growing stability category. The Adrenaline GTS (Go-To Shoe) was developed through feedback from running retailers seeking a go-to shoe that was supportive but more flexible and responsive than the Addiction.
Things look and feel a little bit different these days…
Adrenaline GTS 25 features Brooks’ premium nitrogen-infused DNA LOFT v3 foam, to deliver soft and dynamic cushioning, which is lightweight, responsive and adaptive to each runner’s unique stride.
*NEW* +3 mm of added DNA LOFT v3 cushion in the forefoot, +1 mm of added cushion in the heel for added comfort, bringing the shoe down to a 10 mm offset.
We have held true to our heritage, maintaining the traditional midsole geometries and underfoot feeling that’s expected from our wearers.
Through the evolution of science and the studies of biomechanics, we’ve seen the running world move away from the need to “correct” all overpronation. Rather, we prefer working with a runners’ unique biomechanics to keep them in their preferred motion path.

The Adrenaline GTS 25 has a Double Jacquard Engineered Air Mesh with zonal mesh for comfort, structure & breathability, and a new FlatKnit Collar & Heel Tab. It maintains the separate tongue and lacing, allowing for an accommodating fit with full midfoot adjustability.
Adrenaline GTS 25 is available in 4 widths for both men & women – narrow, standard, wide and extra-wide; and is also available in weatherized (Adrenaline GTS 24 Weatherized) and waterproof Gore-Tex (Adrenaline GTS 24 GTX).
