As voted by Running Collective’s James – The Manly North Head Trail, is about 10km loop, with lots of stops to take photographs and enjoy the scenic views that Sydney has to offer.  

‘The best running track has to be the Manly north head trail! The sunrise/sunset over the Sydney landscape has to be one of the most magical running sights going around. Plus, you might even be lucky enough to see the odd wallaby or echidna 🦔’ – James @ _tuna_sandwich_

Brisbane, QLD

As voted by our Running Collective team – located 1 hour 45 from Queenstown, 6 minutes from Wanaka, Roys Peak is perfect for the adventurer. Entailing a 16km (1300m) mountain climb, with an average 5-6 hours trek. If you’re one to embark on the trails, and devote some time to a hike, this track will not disappoint. 

Some of the highlights of this climb include incredible panoramic mountain views, Tussock grasslands, and lake views.

Bottom line, the ideal time of day to exercise is when it is best for you. Although more research is needed in this area to draw a conclusion on exactly what time of day is the best to exercise, what we do know is that long-term exercise does in fact improve aerobic capacity, cardiac function, management of BMI, and strength. So, the evidence points to moving your body for overall wellness regardless of what time you do it.
