The running world is known for its incredible technology and innovation. And our latest tech addition is no exception. Run On Nitro, as the name suggests, is fast, responsive and fun!

At the heart of our Run On Nitro story is DNA LOFT V3, our incredible midsole tech. It is softer, lighter and more responsive than its predecessor, DNA LOFT.

The nitrogen injection process is very rare, starting with a foam midsole about 1/3 of its end size! From here, temperature and pressure are raised to a point at which distinct liquid and gas phases do not exist! 

The midsole then expands to its end size, filled with thousands of little nitrogen bubbles ready to carry you to your smoothest runs! The best part is that this incredible process doesn’t reduce durability!


The fan Favourite Glycerin is getting an upgrade in its 20th iteration, and it’s an absolute game-changer.

Since adding the GTS model, this super franchise has been taking the running world by storm. This year will be no different with the addition of the Nitrogen infused midsole.

I’m someone that pronates, so the Glycerin GTS 20 is my weapon of choice.

This gives me peace of mind as I fatigue and my foot starts to pronate that I won’t injure myself on those longer runs!

Bottom line, the ideal time of day to exercise is when it is best for you. Although more research is needed in this area to draw a conclusion on exactly what time of day is the best to exercise, what we do know is that long-term exercise does in fact improve aerobic capacity, cardiac function, management of BMI, and strength. So, the evidence points to moving your body for overall wellness regardless of what time you do it.
